Most of you who know the OverTech staff on a personal basis know we are devoted to getting the end users to interact with our company. please feel free to e-mail us your suggestions, comments etc. to [email protected] - and we do check our mail and take it into consideration unlike most other companies in this industry! Besides you're using it, shouldn't you have a say of what goes into it???

Well as many of you know, #Website_Hosting is no longer a part of OverTech Technologies. They failed to perform well and were severely disorganized. Many disgruntled employees of #Website_Hosting have started another version of the ill-fated company known as Web Builders under the OverTech name. Details as of now are sketchy but imagine Microsoft Sitebuilder, Builder.com and a Site-Promotion site rolled into 1 site. That's what Web Builders is going to be (besides being able to create your site at a fair price)

Recently OverTech Technologies merged with BWeb Services. They mostly offer Bots and misc. stuff. You can find them in #Bweb on irc.chatnet.org. Be sure to check out all their services and their site at http://www.overtech.com/bweb

Finally, a unity is forming upon the tech services along the computer help rooms of the IRC networks. The name of this organization is the UTD (Union of Tech Departments and Tech Services). This will almost guarantee you will get your computer question answered if you go to a Computer Help room that's a member of the UTD. If you ever have any computer questions, direct them to the volunteers that answer computer questions VIA e-mail by e-mailing [email protected] - Remember to include your e-mail address, OS you're using and any related information in the body of the message. A site will be posted soon and direct all suggestions and comments to [email protected]

OverTech Technologies now has merged with #Computer_Helpy_Helpers, a small tech group on chatnet. There was nothing major about this merger.

As many of you know who visited our Target: Melissa site, you pretty much know what the Melissa virus is all about. Well on March 31,1999 we are glad to announce the author of this virus was caught by the FBI. OverTech Technologies recently merged with #Website_Hosting of the ChatNet IRC Network. We plan to build up this service and make it the equivalent of Sitebuilder while offering web hosting.
